Motivation comes from many sources. For Ayman, his Ph.D. work at the University of Wisconsin, along with experiences and recognition from colleagues at GE Global Research drive him to work hard and do his best.
“I believe energy is critical for our future,” he says. “The diversity and quality of projects I work on and, above all, the world-class colleagues I work with, keep me passionate about my work.”
A Balancing Act
This Hull Award winner and IEEE fellow looks forward to conversations with people who have a good sense of humor. But he also enjoys working on interesting problems, such as helping the world move toward a clean and sustainable energy future and fostering the growing role of electrification in various applications.
